If you know somebody in your life that’s interested in paintball, tell them it’s a great activity for learning strategy, hand-eye coordination, and various other skills. Parents should understand however that paintball is an activity best enjoyed responsibly. If your young child is asking for any kind of paintball accessories, make sure that they’re ready for that kind of responsibility. Paintball guns shoot fast and it hurts to get hit. Make sure they have the proper safety equipment before playing, so they don’t think the sport is too ‘intense’. This is the main reason that you should be 18 years old before playing; most kids (who are too young to play) think it hurts too much to get hit with a paintball. Safety must always come first when it comes to these kinds of activities.
The best way to introduce a younger child into the paintballing community is by providing him with all the safety gear and a very basic paintball gun. The most important piece of safety equipment for the newbie is a good set of goggles or a paintball mask. After he or she’s been properly versed in paintball safety and given all the necessary protective gear, look into paintball pistols. These make ideal beginner guns because they tend to be smaller and more manageable. They can also be outfitted with many extras once they prove he or she is responsible and capable of handling the basics.

I believe it will. I’m pretty sure you can put all these pieces on your gun without any major surgery but you will have to replace some parts. Good to hear from you again!

What kind of rail does the TPX pistol http://www.choicepaintballguns.com/product/TIPTPXPISTOL have under the barrel? What kind of things can you attach there?

The rail on the TPX Pistol http://www.choicepaintballguns.com/product/TIPTPXPISTOL is usual thing… standard weaver. You can attach anything you want; it’s kind of a universal type rail so you can attach a pistol flashlight or laser.

Regarding the Dual Universal Offset Mount http://www.choicepaintballguns.com/product/I-000255 I assume this product is universally fitted for the Tippmann custom 98 marker? How does this securely fit to the marker? In the picture I do not see any clip with bolt..

To find big games, I would google ’scenario games Texas’ or some combination of such. This should turn up some info websites for current games. You can check out http://www.choicepaintballguns.com and look at their field finder section; they have some good ones from Texas listed.

Getting hit with a paintball is not really painful unless you get hit in the head or the face. I didn’t like that feeling so I had to get a full head paintball mask; I would highly recommend the Hawkeye with tactical helmet http://www.choicepaintballguns.com/product/HWKTACT . Your site really is the best place to get the safety gear that I need. I also got a pair of paintball gloves.

I have a few questions regarding the T68 Paintball Gun Tactical Sniper http://www.choicepaintballguns.com/product/PK00403 . it comes with the options of having other upgrades with it, such as the remote line with pressure release valve and the T68 Electronic trigger. My questions are do I have to have these options to make the gun work, or without them would the tank just attach the way all other regular ones do, and would it just have the standard spring action trigger. I would really rather not have to deal with the bother of an electronic gun. There can be too many problems with them.
