tpxThere’s nothing quite like carrying that elegant pistol in a holster and taking it out when in close combat. We defiantly recommend running up on your opponent, taking out that pistol and saying “Do you feel lucky… Punk?” Shooting a paintball from 100 feet can be fun, but it’s always useful to carry a backup pistol when it’s time to act fast. desert_eagle_paintball_pistol.jpgIf you’ve been hunting for the most awesome paintball pistol on Earth, check out the Desert Eagle!  The Desert Eagle Paintball Pistol functions and feels like a real handgun; it’s weighted perfectly and has quite a strong blowback action.  It shoots .43 caliber paintballs and uses a 12g disposable CO2 cylinder that fits inside the handgrip; it’s capable of firing 50 shots per cylinder.  The Desert Eagle Paintball Pistol holds up to 10 paintballs in a magazine, and the magazine is inserted into the handgrip.  You don’t need to put your .43 caliber paintballs into shell casings either, just load them right into the magazine.  Like a real handgun, the Desert Eagle Paintball Pistol stops shooting when you run out of paintballs.  Also, like all quality paintball markers, the velocity is adjustable, with top-end performance at 250fps to 300fps - this is huge for a pistol!  The effective range of the Desert Eagle Paintball Pistol is 20m (65ft), and the maximum range is 50m (160ft).
If you like electronic sights, lasers, flashlights, and all the cool tactical gear that interfaces with Weaver mounts, the
Desert Eagle Paintball Pistol features twin Weaver-style rails, one on top and one under the barrel, so you can add whatever cool accessories you want. Train like you’ll fight, add a tactical flashlights and a paintball gun laser; add a new dimension to your CQB scenario gaming with a red dot sight.  It can all happen with the Desert Eagle Paintball Pistol.

images_products_markers_pistol_t120100tpxpistol_large.jpgFinally!  Tippmann’s version of a .68 caliber tactical pistol, the TPX is an excellent new addition to their legendary line of paintball markers.  The new TPX .68 caliber Paintball Pistol has a compact design; it’s engineered to be super lightweight, easy to maintain, customizable and best of all…. you can always count on the dependability of a Tippmann.  The TPX has a metal trigger that punctured the 12g CO2 cartridge on the first pull.  It comes with 2 self-locking 8 round magazine clips that fit nicely into the handle; they also feature a quick release feed system.  The 12g CO2 cartdridges fit under the barrel with an easy to load 1/4 turn cap.  The new TPX has an external velocity adjuster, internal regulator and has the ability to add a remote line for a greater air supply.  It also comes with a removable barrel that has X7 threads.  This gun is also compatible with the Tippmann Hammerhead 8.5″ barrel (spiral rifled barrel).  On top of all this, the TPX also comes with a maintenance kit and a deluxe carrying case.  Tippmann has also made a nice leg holster that can be switched to right or left leg specifically made for this pistol.

img_1282_400.jpgThe Universal Pistol Holster from the Extraktion series by NXe is a great idea.  It’s a holster that will fit any pistol regardless of the size.  This can be attested to not simply having a few “settings” or “adapters”; but by allowing the user to completely disassemble the holster, and re-build it to fit their specific gear.  That’s right you take the thing apart, re-shape it to the size paintball pistol you want to carry and re-attach the snap.  It’s simple, but about time someone came out with this.  While your checking out the holster, you might also want to look in on the whole Extraktion Tactical Armor/Vest rig or Tactical Harness to carry your holster.  The vest is more like a body armor but you can add all kinds of attachments to it and turn it into tactical paintball vest.  It uses the MOLLE system of snaps and loops to attach all it’s attachments.  You can get them at www.choicepaintballguns.com.

overlord555.jpg  Now this is an awesome paintball pistol!  It’s not one of your smaller sidearms, it’s a big one; like a dirty Harry .44 magnum size.  It will need a large size holster.  It’s .68 caliber and semi-automatic.  Despite it’s larger, commanding size, it only weighs 2.2 lbs.  It’s power supply is 12g CO2 cartridges and shoots a range of 150+ feet.  It also has a 10 round magazine capacity and you can quickly change magazines on the fly in the heat of a battle.  No pistol is faster.  The Overlord paintball pistol has a comfortable trigger frame and the grip feels right in even smaller hands.  It also has an integrated accessory rail for a paintball laser sight, flashlight, small scope or whatever you can fit.  This incredible aluminum milled body, super light weight, quick-draw McGraw, blast your opponent in the face 12 times before he even knows he’s been hit paintball pistol can be found at ChoicePaintballGuns.com.  Get one before your opponents do!

pistolsa.jpgIf you’ve played much scenario or woodsball, then you’ve most likely had your share of tragic moments during a game, such as running out of paint or air, having your paintball marker freeze up, etc. Many times, when you encounter such a crisis, your opponent recognizes it and is quick to take advantage of the opportunity. Having a ready-to-fire paintball pistol strapped to your side can mean the difference between being eliminated or being the eliminator. And it’s not that uncommon for paintball pistol users to rack up ‘kills’ after their primary marker runs out of air. Often, when a player hears the tell-tale sign of an opponent’s marker gasping for its last breath, he’ll charge what he assumes is a defenseless enemy – only to be caught off guard by a pistol-totin’ rival. It really comes down to one basic question: Does a backup marker and cool looks of a leg-holstered paintball pistol justify the added gear weight? In a pinch the answer is a definite YES! However, if you are using a paintball pistol, you must face the realities of limited paint and limited air. What’s more, every paintball pistol uses 12g CO2 cartridges as a propellant. CO2 is inherently less stable than compressed air and your accuracy will suffer as a result of velocity variances.

laser-sights.jpgIf you want dead-on accuracy for your paintball marker, then you need to add a paintball laser sight.  Some paintball gun scopes have laser sights built in like the Red Dot products.  A laser site will put a tiny dot on your target only visible by you.  You can choose a red laser sight or a green laser, however the gree are apparently more powerful.  Laser sights are generally pretty small so you can mount them must about anywhere on your paintball gun.  Laser sights also fit nicely on paintball pistols and greatly add to the accuracy of your shot.  The most powerful paintball laser sight out right now is the Green Beam 2000.  It has a 1 mile night time range and is 20x’s brighter than red laser sights.  It is also visible in broad daylight.

A good way to gain some hand-eye coordination is to get in the outdoors and test your skills.  One of the best sports to do this is with paintball.  You will gain a depth of experiences in paintball that you will not with other sports.  In this one, if you are not aware, then you are out.  How fun is that?  When you put the paintball gun in your hand, it is immediate that you feel the power behind the game.  When you get on the range, you will be running and jumping over hurdles as though you were a wild creature on the prowl.  That primal instinct is still inside, time to bring it out.  There’s nothing like the raw aggression of being able to actually point a gun at someone else and pull the trigger!

This is true.  I ordered a RAM50 paintball pistol from ChoicePaintballGuns.com and I live in British Columbia, Canada.  The order took longer than usual and then I got a letter from Canadian Customs saying they had my paintball gun and that I’m not allowed to have it.  They said they took it apart and were going to destroy it.  The guys at ChoicePaintballGuns.com even wrote letters to customs to try and recover the gun but it didn’t make any difference.  Canadian Customs destroyed my paintball pistol and I just had to take a loss.

ramp99.jpgMost paintball pistols are powered by disposable CO2 cartridges.  Some paintball pistols however can convert to external air sources through an adaptor and a remote line.  This would allow you to use a larger CO2 cylinder and get more shots.  Instead of a tiny 12g disposable, you could use a 12, 16 or even 20oz. CO2 cylinder that you would carry on your back/hip/waist with a harness.  Paintball pistols you can do this with are the .68 caliber T68 paintball pistol, Ariakon ACP 2.0 and Overlord, the .43 caliber RAM50, P99 Walther replica (pictured) and Black Bird/Tiberius Arms pistols.  There are also many pistol attachments/upgrades like larger magazines, buttstocks, paintball scopes, sites and extended/better barrels for these paintball pistols as well.
